 Radio:
Check here Two channel radio, air frequency
Check here 4-cell (250-700 mAh) Rx battery
Check here Two micro servos Tx/Rx Charger
Check here (If one comes with the radio, that's fine)

Building:
Check here 30 minute epoxy
Check here (perhaps 5 minunte epoxy as well)
Check here thin CA glue
Check here thick CA glue

Accessories and field accessories:
Check here Up-Start or preferably Hi-Start
Check here Rubber bands (depending on kit)
Check here A power pod can be used for launch, but it will require additional accessories and will not perform as well as a hi-start

Kit Sailplane:

Check here  30 minute epoxy (perhaps 5 minute epoxy as well)
Check here  Thin CA glue

Check here 7-cell 1500-2000 mAh battery
Check here 7-cell battery charger
Check here Rubber bands (depending on kit)

Kit Sailplane (electric):
Check here Same as above with routine building supplies (knife, sandpaper, CA glue, two rolls of covering, covering iron, etc.)

Note:
The listed items may vary form kit to kit, particularly: A basic sailplane (electric or un-powered) will require two servos (rudder and elevator), though five or more can be used on more complicated sailplanes.
Unless you are slope soaring, all sailplanes will need some type of launch mechanism (electric motor, or hi-start/winch) to fly well.
